Not only did Reymont use dialect in dialogues but also in narration, creating a kind of cchlopi universal language of Polish peasants. There are numerous short stories on life in the theatre, village life or work on the railway: It’s far too thick, but the authors from the end of 19th century and beginning of 20th century loved such a stuff.
