Im newbie. I buy AD as like at the picture. Im try to connect AD to my UNO: ***. Using digital pins 8 through 11, proto shield installed. 1 Using the Analog Devices AD DDS with an Arduino board; 2 Initialising and Resetting the AD; 3 Setting the output frequency. I have paired may AD with an Arduino Uno, LCD display, Rotary encoder, and a few other small parts and have put together a very descent DDS VFO.

Thank you, sorry to have bothered you. The AD is a chip that can produce a sinusoidal wave from about 1hz to 40mhz.

Ok, I have retested again with the code lines and now it seems to be all right! However, you it can be made to work with the shield. Is there an easy way to solve this in the code?

Hope I am not demanding too much from you. Please, could u help me solving the issue with a file. Make sure the rotary library is included in the Arduino Library. Using the existing two switches and adding an I2C DAC to make the sweep voltage it should be possible to program into the existing setup a menu for VFO and another menu agduino Wob.
Unfortunately without a more detailed explanation I am not sure arduno to do. I used the schematic for arduini from your site. The square wave’s duty cycle is adjusted with a pre-set potentiometer on the module itself. Received several lines of errors the first of which says:. In theory, integer maths should be slightly faster and more accurate as the required frequency increases, in practice I find either method fast enough and accurate enough up to 30MHz, frequency errors are due to the poor stability of the reference oscillator on the DDS module.
All so far so simple, pretty much the same as you’d see with AD drivers. I had enabled arduino through the firewall and antivirus program when first installing it. Ebay is your friend.
